How do I find all of the templates?
Just click on the "View All Templates" gray button on the left side of any page in Free Site Templates.
That will take you to a full exploration of all of the templates in the data base. At the bottom of each page of "thumbnail" pictures you'll find a gray "Next Page" button that will let you cruise through all of the templates in groups of four.
When you find one you are interested in, just click on the "View" button next to the small photo of the template.
That take you to a page with extensive details about the template. At the bottom of the details page, there is one link to allow you to download the template (Download Zip) and another to see a full size sample of the way the template looks and operates (View Template).

How do I un-zip the template after I download it?
You will need a Zip file utility on your computer.
I use WinZip on my Windows computer.
You can download a copy at Download.com
Once you have installed WinZip on your computer, just double-click on the template's .zip file which will call up the WinZip program. Tell it where you want it to store the un-zipp'd files and you are ready to get going on your site.
Can webtv users use your templates and if so how?
Yes, you can use them with WebTV, however you need a way to transfer the files to your server. Normally you need a hard drive in your computer to accomplish that, however there are several services that will transfer files from one server directly to another. You will need to locate such a service and find out how to use it.
I use MIVA, any of these templates work with it?
They should work but you will have to place the Miva statements into the template so that Miva knows where to include its own features on your page design.
Which version of WinZip works better? WinZip 16 or WinZip 32? What is shareware? Is WinZip "Free"? or what.
The only difference between the 16 and 32 bit versions of programs is the types of computers they run on. If you are running Windows you will want to use the 32 bit version.
Shareware is a method of marketing software in which the potential custormer is given the opportunity to use the software and pay for it after finding it useful and worth the money.
Freeware is simply software for which there is no charge at all.

Any of the templates may be modified easily to serve for any type of business or site. There are no special templates for each different industry as every site should appear in the way the owner wants his/her image presented.
I understand how to download and I have "WinZip" installed, but in your FAQ I do not understand when you say "send the template where you want it to go?" I am using "AOL Press" to design my web sites. Can you help me a litt
In order to install a template on a server you must first download the "zip" file containing the compressed files used in the template.
Use an un-zip utility such as WinZip to extract all of the files from the zip file. Double-clicking on the zip file stored on your hard drive is usually enough to start the process.
Next launch your browser and use the File Open option and located the index.html file that was one of the files you just un-zipped. Now you can see the template index (home) page as it appears on your hard drive.
Next open the index.html file using a text-editor such as NotePad or UltraEdit 32. Make a small change and save the changes to your hard drive.
Switch to your browser and Refresh or Reload the page and you should see your changes.
After you have made all of the changes you want you must then "upload" the changes to your server. That could involve FTP or some other technique. That varies greatly from one server to the next. Ask your ISP how to place files onto your server.
That's about all there is to it.
Is there a way that I can purchase a template so I do not have to link back to you? Not that I would not want to :) just wanting my sites to look professional.
